Great location in a great town ! We were there to visit the Normandy second world war landing sites , the town was a wonderful surprise!

Ike’s not so Deluxe Apartment
Booked this apartment for 2 couples descriptions said 2 bathrooms but in reality it had 2 shower rooms and only 1 toilet. Description said there was an elevator the person who greeted us told us we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs only to find out later there was an elevator. Temperature had been hot and with the apartment all closed up it was very hot when we arrived. The windows could have been open to at least get some cross circulation of air. Only one fan I asked for 2 more for the bedrooms but was refused. Shade was broken in one bedroom. Other worn out and shabby items around the apartment. Person who greeted us could not speak English so could not describe where the parking was. We finally found the instructions to get there in the rules. Yes Rules. Not a very welcoming term for paying guests. All in all the locations of the apartment was ok but customer service was very poor and I don’t recommend if more than 2 people because of the bathroom situation

A good place to stay in Bayeux.
The apartment was conveniently located. The parking was great, once you knew that Saturday is Market Day!! I found my car lifted into the centre because it was in the way of incoming Marchandier! The place itself is sparse and charmless. The easy chairs are not the most comfortable. TV was there but too complicated to sort out if you wanted English-speaking fare to watch. The beds were comfortable enough. The kitchen was functional with adequate cutlery and crockery. In summary, the place was fine if you were going to spend a lot of time out and about - which is what we did. Functional sums it up.

Really great stay
Excellent apartment, very clean and great location for exploring Bayeux. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Will highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if we come back to Bayeaux

Good location and nice apartment
Good location on a square in Bayeux, a fun little town in Normandy. You can pay to park right across the street or use free parking about two blocks away. It is not complicated. Apartment itself was big and functional. Building has elevator which is nice. Basically what you need if you are exploring this part of France.

Stay away
They demand $250 deposit at the end and require you to take your garbage to the city trash down the street. They threaten you with $50 charges if you don’t turn off all the heaters and carry your garbage down the street and strip your beds and put away all dishes even ones in the dishwasher that have been run. It really cuts into the time when you’re leaving so plan extra time. to take care of their work

Important to know
This was listed as a 2 bathroom rental, which was important to me and one of the main reasons I booked it. However, it had a single toilet and 2 showers. 2 bathrooms means 2 toilets. So if that is important to you, this is not a 2 bathroom rental. Also in the room with 2 single beds, one of them was so uncomfortable it could not be used. Otherwise it is a nice apartment in a good location.
