Gute Lage und alter Charme in Bayeux
Positive: Die Originalität des Hauses an sich, will heißen: es ist eigentlich noch wie früher, und das macht den Charme des Hauses aus. Die Dusche war klasse. Matratzen extrem ok. Angesichts der Kürze der Zeit war nichts Negatives zu finden - wir suchen aber auch nicht danach! Negative: Die Hellhörigkeit zur Strasse hin. Es sind sehr einfache Fenster, die keine Geräusche zu dämmen in der Lage sind.

Really a cosy place !
Positive: Pavillon avec jardin, très propre, très bien équipé. On s'est senti comme à la maison. Il est situé dans un quartier paisible, à 10 mn de marche d'un grand centre commercial, à 25 mn de la vieille ville. Negative: Rien. La maison était conforme à nos attentes.

Well equipped, spacious house
Positive: Large, comfortable house in quiet neighbourhood. Very well equipped with dishwasher, tv, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc. Lots of housewares and basic supplies in kitchen, worked well for self-catering. Large garden with some basic chairs to sit out on, if we had more time. The agency employee met us there and came to check out property when we left, no problems or delays. It's a bit of a walk to get to town centre but is possible. Parking was very easy. Would be a great place to stay with a family. Good value for money. Negative: The house is a bit old-fashioned but everything worked and was in good order so no problem for us. A fan for the warm weather would be helpful. The walk into town was a bit long for us after busy days but easy to park in town.

Positive: Friendly host on arrival and checkout, great location, good size accommodation and very clean. Very well equipped with everything you can think of. Convenient location and roomy house.
Positive: Very roomy, great location. Negative: They advertise free toiletries. We were given 1 shampoo and two body soaps for 6 days. The hand soap dispenser was empty. It was stressed we needed to check out at 10 am. We were told to call when we were ready to leave to hand over the keys. We called at 9:45 am and were told someone would be over. We waited until 10:30 and no one came so we left the keys inside and left. We had to get on the road for a very long trip and didn't want the late start.

Fantastisch huis met uitstekende ligging voor bezoek aan de D-Day stranden
Positive: Mooi ruim huis van allerlei gemakken voorzien. Volledig uitgeruste keuken, voor koffie was een snelfiltermaling koffie machine en er stond ook een senseo. Oven, magnetron, broodrooster, waterkoker. Tevens wasmachine in de badkamer. Beneden in de kelder onder het huis droogrekjes maar ook stoelen om in de tuin te gaan zitten. Heerlijk rustige buurt met vlakbij een gigantisch grote supermarkt. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de D-Day stranden. Negative: We waren wat aan het klungelen met de wifi omdat bij de sleutel ophalen een dame had verteld dat er een kastje zou liggen. Uiteindelijk hadden we gewoon een wachtwoord nodig dat in 1 van de mapjes stond.

fantastisch compleet huis op de allerbeste plek!
Positive: Cosy House is het meest fantastische huis dat we ooit gehuurd hebben. Het is ruim, verzorgd, gezellig, mooi en comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Fantastische bedden. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig, van een taartschep tot spellen voor de kinderen. Het heeft een souterrain dat je mag gebruiken om bijv. de was op hangen, tuinstoelen en tafel voor in de tuin en zelfs een fiets. Het hele huis heeft rolluiken waardoor het lekker koel blijft tijdens hete dagen. De buurt is heel rustig en op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren kan in de straat voor het huis en als je slecht ter been bent kun je met de auto richting het park rijden en daar gratis parkeren en verder de stad in lopen. Het is een uitstekende plek om niet alleen Bayeux te bezoeken maar ook de invasiestranden van Normandie. Wij waren er een week en ik was graag langer gebleven! Negative: absoluut niets

Cosy House
On arrival we felt it would have been better if the concierge had met us at the house, the house smelt like it had not been used for a while. There was no hot water, we had to figure out how to start the boiler & get water pressure up & also switch on the gas which should have been done already. Saying that once we had sorted this out we enjoyed our stay, very quiet area & handy for the town centre. Would stay stay there again but these things highlighted needs to be addressed.
