We read previous reviews. I could almost tell which reviewers had good weather and which were trapped inside by the rain. Not everything was perfect, but there were no issues not easily resolved. Fantastic location, perfectly apportioned apartment I would recommend anybody rent.

Absolutely stunning view! The apartment was mainly clean. Bathroom, sheets, kitchen etc. We thought it was good value for the location and view. The apartment was a little tired and would definitely benefit from a little TLC and some decorative improvements, including a proper good deep clean of all the nooks and crannies. It didn’t affect our stay, the price was reflective of the condition of the apartment. Communications with Nicola were great!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, confortable, avec une vue magnifique, très bien aménagé, avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, il manque juste un micro ondes. Les lits sont très confortables. Un petit défaut(minime), il faut traverser les 2 chambres pour accéder aux SDB et WC. Sinon, rien à redire!

The best feature of this apartment is its beautiful position in front of the beach but for the rest, I would say the host needs to do some major improvements. For instance, I contacted the host regarding the check-in as the number I was given was not responding and I did not receive any reply. Eventually, I was contacted back on the day of the check-in. However, at the time of check-in, the instructions given regarding the house were fragmented. It seemed the concierge Staff was not well instructed on the matter. Also, it is written that essentials were included but we got only one little soap, on dishwasher tablet and two half-used toilet rolls for four people for two nights. I have contacted the concierge staff in this regard but there was no interest in fixing the matter and I was then just asked about the check-out time. The apartment is old and super noisy. You can hear the neighbors at any hour. Also, the washing machine was broken and we did not get the info in advance.

A very pleasant stay in the Normandy area. The location was fabulous and the apartment was charming. Communication was also great. Only two inconveniences: 1. The bathrooms both are accessed through bedrooms and 2. I didn’t love having to plan a precise arrival and departure time to hand off the keys. I’m used to having a lock box or something similar that makes it a bit easier for check in/out. Overall, a really great stay.

Great base of operations for visit to Normandy sites. Quiet. Apartment building tenants were not loud as other reviewers have indicated in other reviews. Frederic was great communicator and facilitated late check-in when our flight into Paris was delayed. Water pressure was strong. Showers were hot. Clothes washing machine did not work during visit, so pack carefully. Upon departure, noticed that there was a Carrefour shopette in Asnelles with laundry machines which we did not use. Overall, great visit.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with amazing views. The apartment was very clean and the amenities were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were clean and hard, which was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Really spacious and elegant apartment with a stunning view across the WW2 harbour ruins. Incredible sunsets. Asnelles is very quiet. Perfect for a weekend group retreat, particularly if you make use of the large dining area and kitchen - the kitchen is very well equipped. Appreciated the designer furniture too!

L’appartement est super. Beaucoup d’espace. Avec les grandes fenêtres, on avait l’impression d’être dehors. Bien situé aussi, nous avons fait une promenade jusqu’à Arromanches via la plage. Seul petit point négatif est que l’appartement se trouve dans un vieil immeuble et qu’on entend tout. Les voisins n’étaient pas silencieux malheureusement mais si non, superbe endroit pour y aller.

Amazing place! Amazing views, quiet, and ideally located to all the Normandy beaches. Our only issue was that there was only a half roll of TP and both soap dispensers were nearly empty in the bathrooms. Our stay was short so it was okay, but might have been a problem if we stayed longer. We would absolutely love to come again next time we are staying in Normandy!

This was spot on for a family holiday. Amazing beach location, apartment spacious and full of character. Excellent service from host and a great location to explore the area. Not cheap but was worth the price. All in all a really good choice for exploring Normandy. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

Très bon séjour globalement, l'appartement est très bien situé, très spacieux. Malgré qu'on soit juste en bord de mer, c'est très silencieux une fois les fenêtres fermées. On peut regretter que les salles de bain soient un peu trop petites et qu'il manque un four à micro-onde.

l'appartement est très bien situé. il est très bien équipé et très bien agencé. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci de sanitaire qui fuyait. Par ailleurs nous avons constaté un problème d'isolation phonique avec l'appartement à l'étage supérieur à la fin de notre séjour.
