Positive: Emplacement calme et géographiquement idéal. Equipement parfait. Logement spacieux . Je recommanderai à mes proches. Negative: Petit bémol...toutes les épices sont périmées. Ce ne sont que des épices mais bon...il faut mieux rester prudent quand il s'agit de l'alimentaire.

Un séjour agréable et au calme
Positive: La maison est très agréable et facile à trouver. Les draps et serviettes de toilette sont inclus, ce qui nous a évité de nous charger inutilement. Le ménage est compris dans le prix, ce qui est appréciable. Le personnel de la conciergerie qui gère cette maison est disponible et aimable (un grand merci à Nicolas). La quartier est très calme. Negative: Peut-être faudrait-il prévoir des rideaux dans le salon/salle à manger. Revoir les finitions (plaintes, seuils de porte,...). La douche manque un peu de pression et le cache de la baignoire n'est pas tout à fait en place. Le matelas de la chambre avec la bibliothèque est peut être à changer... Tous ces détails n'empêchent absolument pas de passer un agréable séjour !

Good location, OK for a short stay
Positive: The location was good, not inside the city of Bayeux but just outside which suited as we were exploring the WWII beaches. It was in a quiet area. It had parking for 2 cars. There was a supermarket about 20 mins walk away. Negative: The crockery and glassware was a mish mash of odd pieces. We never mastered the washing machine and the manual only showed how to install it. The shower hose leaks water so the water pressure is not very great. There was no guest book suggesting restaurants.

Tj he agent for the host was very pleasant and helpful. Negative: Could not find a can opener. But that was.not a big deal at all. We would definitely stay at this property again. Location is good but incredibly frustrating lack of communication with the host or hosts. We were not sure who we were dealing with most of time. The host didn't even know the correct WiFi password and was determined not to come to our Airbnb. We waited for him as planned but he never appeared. Also the amenities offered were not there.

Casa Tranquila e Mal Administrada
Positive: Local tranquilo (sem barulho), estacionamento no pátio, ótimo chuveiro. Negative: No dia do checkin fomos informados que deveríamos buscar as chaves em outro local, em um arco temporal de 2 horas, caso contrário seriam cobrados 20 euros de multa (uma surpresa bastante desagradável). Por causa desse compromisso perdemos um passeio e boas 3 horas de tempo nesse outro local. Chegando na casa, o endereço fornecido era incompleto (faltava o número), mas ok. A limpeza ficou muito à desejar, no banheiro, em todas as janelas, na cozinha e etc. Na entrega das chaves informaram que deveríamos lavar a louça antes do checkout, mas quando chegamos tivemos que lavar tudo já que copos, talheres, pratos e tudo mais estava sujo, com restos endurecidos. Também na entrega das chaves comunicaram que o lixo reciclável deveria ser descartado no estacionamento de um supermercado, a 3km da casa, inútil dizer quanto tempo perdemos com isso. Para completar, a casa não estava terminada, não tem rodapés, revestimento da banheira, emendas de pisos e etc. A luz passava por baixo da parede entre um quarto e outro (porque não tinha rodapé e acabamentos), assim como eventuais barulhos. Para o checkout tivemos que informar o horário de saída para que um viessem retirar a chave, em vez de simplesmente deixá-la em uma cofre externo ou local pré combinado como em geral acontece. Nas palavras de quem veio retirar as ditas chaves “só precisamos ter certeza de que não esqueceram nada”. Sinceramente ficamos decepcionados com as acomodações e principalmente com as sucessivas surpresas dos gestores. Obviamente não indico a estadia, principalmente a causa da gestão e sucessivas complicações e perdas de tempo, um bem muito valioso quando alguém está viajando.

(Complimenti alla signora delle pulizie) Bella vista dalla finestra del soggiorno. Posto auto davanti casa comodo. Negative: L'accoglienza potrebbe essere migliore (la signora ti lascia le chiavi e devi arrangiarti x trovare l'appartamento, peró si premura di comunicarti che non si mangia e non si beve a letto, che non si spostano i mobili, e diverse regole della casa...) Non mi era mai capitato di essere accolta così (non mangio a letto io, mangio a tavola, non sono neanche solita spostare i mobili a casa degli altri...) A parte questo il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Bagno mancante di appendi-aciugamani e porta sapone nella doccia, ma comunque spazioso e pratico.

Positive: De keuken en badkamer waren zeer goed uitgerust. Het huis was schoon. De locatie was uitstekend. Er waren veel bezienswaardigheden op fietsafstand (e-bike) te bezichtigen. En de winkels waren ook dichtbij. Negative: Er was geen enkele privacy in de tuin en er was geen comfortabel tuinmeubilair. En de wifi was van slechte kwaliteit. Het was er erg gehorig.

Positive: Maison complète très confortable, propre et près de tout. Nous étions 2 adultes avec 2 jeunes de 14 et 17 ans. Proche des commodités ( resto et épicerie). Deux chambres avec 2 grands lits confortables. Environ 25 minutes des plages du debarquement de la Normandie. Nous avions une voiture de location et un stationnement privé devant la maison. L' accueil pour récupérer la clé était facile et les gens charmants et efficaces. La discussion avec Nicolas pour l'arrivée nous a bien guidé. Je recommande à 110 %. Negative: Rien....tout était parfait !!
